Babe like the pig

It is important to make sure that you read through and are happy with everything before booking in!

Because Reading is what?

FUNDAMENTAL

First of all, thank you so much for enquiring, it’s always nice to hear someone likes my work enough to trust me with their gorgeous bod!

Only once deposit payment is received will your tattoo session be booked.

Once you have sent through your booking form, start CHECKING YOUR SPAM. I often end up there when I come back to your booking form.

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits reserve your appointment, cover my administration and drawing time, as well as potential loss of earnings should an appointment be cancelled last minute, or not show up. If you miss or cancel a session but wish to book another appointment, a new deposit will be requested. This means that the original deposit will be void, and not deducted from the final cost of your tattoo. This stands unless in extenuating circumstance. Should you need to change or move your appointment, a minimum of 1 week is requested if you do not wish to pay a new deposit. This allows me time to try and fill the slot and recover loss of earnings that day.

Other potential clients may receive the same availability as you during the booking process, so amendments may be sent. If it has been a few days since I sent the deposit request link, please confirm a spot is still available before sending the deposit! Once a date is settled, I’ll then request a deposit. Deposits are £50, and I request this via a link when everything is agreed!!

What information should I send regarding the tattoo I want?

Please do send as much information as you’d like to.

If you’ve getting a Flash, please send over a screenshot of that design with ideas of size, placement. No problem however if you’re undecided about exact size and placement, these are things we can play with on the day. Please note however, if I have quoted you for a small arm tattoo and we decide a bigger size or different placement instead during the appointment, the quote is subject to change.

If you’re getting a Custom or Freehand tattoo, along with your ideas and any reference photos you may have, I also like to request that you send over some of the tattoos or designs I’ve done you like the most. This helps me get a sense of you and what you’re drawn to!

All Custom tattoos are done in my style ONLY, unless we are recreating something specific, for example, a Quentin Blake illustration or your own drawing.

I will not copy other tattoo artist’s work unless tattoo tickets are purchased from the original artist.

I no longer send designs ahead of appointments for a variety of reasons. I always leave time at appointments to make changes should any edits be necessary.

I am always happy to do multiple people appointments, whether this is for matching tattoos or completely different ones! Makes a great day out with a friend(s)! These appointments will require one deposit per person that is attending, and will only be confirmed when all deposits have been received.

Thank you so much for reading through and I hope to tattoo you soon!

Big Love always, Babe x

FAQs

If you can’t see what you’re looking for, just shoot me a quick message!

  • Everyone can! Within reason and safety. I myself have chronic skin issues, and understand how frustrating they can be! I’m always ready to work with your skin, not against it, whether this means using specific or gentler products, a lighter touch, or doing spot and line tests for free beforehand to see how we heal first - let me know and we’ll find a way if possible! I appreciate you being open!

  • Honestly, the only place that can be a bit tricksy is the upper inner arm! This is the section of skin from your elbow to your armpit that rests against your body. Tattoos can age very differently and more unpredictably here than anywhere else on the body. All tattoos age, lines will naturally expand, move and change over time. In this specific area however, this process is often expedited. Even with everything done correctly by the Artist during the session, and the client during the healing process, the outcome of tattoos here, can be more varied. This process is also exacerbated with thinner, sketchier lines (which a lot of my tattoos are). Larger, bolder and or more simple designs work better here. It is absolutely possible to tattoo you in this area, however we want it to look as good as possible for as long as possible, and I like to make sure my clients have all the information before making a decision!

  • While we love supportive friends and family, the studio very small, with just me and one other artist working from it. Please only bring a friend if they’re also getting tattooed. There are plenty of shops/cafes in the surrounding areas for friends and family to wait! We appreciate you!

  • Brick House Studio is My Private Studio that I share with another fabulous Artist! It is a safe space, welcoming to all, LGBTQ+ friendly, wheelchair accessible, and surrounded by other independent spaces. Brick House is part of Holdron’s Arcade, described as Peckham Corridor of Wonders! Definitely worth checking out!

  • I want my tattoos walking around to look as fabulous as possible! Things happen all the time during the healing process - I once had my puppy pull out a scab and some tattoo with it! If your tattoo needs sone extra love, absolutely send me a message and we’ll get it booked in, free of charge.

If you have a tattoo done by somebody else that you would like some attention from, this is very case by case basis and will end to be discussed more - send me an email and we’ll go from there!

  • Deposits are paid through a link via bank transfer.

On the day, I accept CASH and BANK TRANSFER - Same link as deposit.

Please make sure you bring cash with you to the appointment if this is how you mean to pay.
